When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) and, with your explicit permission, read access to your Google Calendars and events.

We collect and store:

• Calendar events (titles, times, descriptions, locations, attendees, status)
• Derived data: analyzed schedules, user-defined relations (friends/foes), enriched place information (via Google Places/Maps)
• Technical data: sync tokens, last sync times, feature flags (via Flipper)

We do not collect payment information or access your email content beyond what's in calendar events.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data to:

• Provide schedule analysis, insights, and visualizations
• Identify social connections from event attendees
• Geocode and enrich locations using Google services
• Improve the Service and debug issues (error reporting may include user context via Sentry)

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Sharing of Information

We share data only as necessary to provide the Service:

• With Google APIs (as you authorize via OAuth)
• With service providers (e.g., hosting, error monitoring) under confidentiality obligations

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

Data Retention and Security

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings or by deleting synced calendars in the app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

Your Choices and Rights

• Review and manage synced calendars in the app
• Delete your account (contact us; this will remove associated data)
• Request access to or deletion of your data
• Opt out of optional features (controlled by Flipper flags where available)

Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy and updating the "Last updated" date.
